  • Description

Rosewood.  That’s the sonic signature of the VAD-2.  Here’s the top of the line Dreadnought from Voyage-Air Guitar - a full-size instrument crafted of the finest tonewoods.  Solid East-Indian Rosewood for the back and sides, Solid Sitka Spruce for the top, and Solid African Mahogany for the neck (with solid Rosewood fretboard).  This combination makes for a deep, resonant projection in the lowest registers, and adds richness to the tone of this Dreadnought-size guitar.  The VAD-2 is a favorite on stage and in the studio, noted for its balanced tone, ringing harmonics and sustain.

Musicians all over the world have been astonished by this fine instrument – it truly compares with the finest offerings of the other Major Brand manufacturers.  The no-compromise construction includes deluxe appointments like an abalone rosette, inlaid green Abalone position markers on the fretboard, gold-plated precision tuners with ebonized pegs, and a solid bone compensated bridge/saddle.

This guitar is beautiful and elegant, yet its solid construction makes it ready for the road.  Or the stage.  Or the studio.
